Cpt Robert McDonald, appearing on Kevin Smith Show, tells of a 2009 voyage in which his ship encountered a USO and was damaged. Men in black confiscated the ship's log and all documents. Electronics on the ship were melted. Cpt McDonald was later found to have an electronic implant and an unidentifiable cancer in his neck.
