About Robert Morningstar:
Robert D. Morningstar is a civilian intelligence analyst and psychotherapist in New York City. He received a degree in psychology from Fordham University. An expert in Chinese language, history, martial arts and is a FAA-licensed pilot and Instrument Ground Instructor with 23 years of flying experience.
Robert has studied the paranormal and UFOs for over 40 years and has published many research articles on the Internet, exposing government cover-up and deception in the JFK Assassination and his work is cited in major books on the assassination, notably in Paris Flammonde's "The Assassination of America" and "Conspiracy Science" by Prof. James Fetzer.
He has also written extensively to expose NASA's use of 'Disinformation Technology' in suppressing evidence of extraterrestrial life and exposing the real nature and threat of the UFO phenomenon. He is currently the Associate Editor of UFO Digest.

Niara Terela Isley has been a spiritual seeker from the cradle up. Having discovered a disturbing three-month block of missing time from 1980 during her tour of duty in the USAF, Niara underwent hypnosis to investigate this and other memories and strange "dreams" from childhood. What she discovered turned her life inside out for many years, launching her into in-depth study and research to find out what had happened to her, why, and in what political and social context.
Also suffering from post-traumatic stress (PTSD) herself, she had to find ways to heal from the ensuing emotional fallout. That healing journey has been an awakening to the multi-dimensional universe we all live in. A lifelong learner across a broad spectrum of disciplines, including various sciences, personal growth and spiritual practice, Niara's healing process opened her up to amazing insights about the world we live in and our place and relationship to the larger universe around us.
Niara has a BA in social work and has worked in the helping professions for many years. In 2013, Niara completed a book about her experiences, healing and insights called Facing the Shadow, Embracing the Light: A Journey of Spirit Retrieval and Awakening. Today she is an independent body-centered therapist, a writer-educator and an artist. She is also certified in Dolores Cannon's Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy, and working on additional certifications in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and TRE (Trauma Releasing Exercises) developed by Dr. David Berceli to better help others heal who have experienced trauma and PTSD. Niara is also a member of the Exopolitics Institute Advisory Board.

Karl Wolfe was in the Air Force for 4 and a half years beginning in January 1964. He had a top secret crypto clearance and worked with the tactical air command at Langley AFB in Virginia. While working at a NSA facility he was shown photographs taken by the Lunar Orbiter of the moon that showed detailed artificial structures. These photos were taken prior to the Apollo landing in 1969.

"This isn't the first time we've heard Russia talk ambitious plans for the Moon; back in March, leaked documents outlined a number of the country's deep space mission objectives (including sending probes to Jupiter and Venus, and conducting "a demonstrative manned circumlunar test flight, with the subsequent landing of cosmonauts on [the Moon's] surface"); but it's the context of Tuesday's announcement that makes it especially noteworthy.
For one thing, Russia's not alone in their lunar ambitions; Japan has made its interests in Moon exploration clear, as well.
