The mainstream media is reporting that suspected Navy Yard shooter Aaron Alexis carved the phrases "My ELF Weapon" and "Better off this way" into his weapon before 12 people were reportedly killed with it in a mass shooting this week. ELF typically stands for extremely low frequency, the type of waves used in everything from weather weapons to mind control devices.
Can you imagine having voices talk to you, directly inside your head, for weeks on end? What if you went to authorities only to find they thought you were insane? What if those voices wouldn't stop? What if they commanded you to do something you didn't want to, something unspeakable, over and over and over, even invading your sleep without reprieve? What if they finally promised you rest, finally promised you that you would be "Better off this way" if you just did what they asked?
While we don't really know what happened that day, more and more it appears that Alexis had been a target of directed energy weapons. The Washington Post is even admitting that ELF is used in conjunction with 'weather efforts'! Discussion that would have been considered the talk of crazy conspiracy theorists even six months ago is apparently mainstream now...

Whistleblower Reveals Military Mind Control Project At Major University
What if the government could change people's moral beliefs or stop political dissent through remote control of people's brains?
Sounds like science fiction, right? Well, a leaked document reveals that the US government, through DARPA research, is very close to accomplishing this.
Activist Post was recently contacted by an anonymous whistleblower who worked on a secret ongoing mind-control project for DARPA. The aim of the program is to remotely disrupt political dissent and extremism by employing "Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation" (TMS) in tandem with sophisticated propaganda based on this technology. TMS stimulates the temporal lobe of the brain with electromagnetic fields.
The program, conducted by The Center for Strategic Communication, is based at Arizona State University. The DARPA funding for this project can be confirmed on the ASU website here. The head of the project, Steve Corman, has worked extensively in the area of strategic communication as it applies to terrorism and "extremism" - or what could be called "the war of ideas."
Corman's latest project Narrating The Exit From Afghanistan and his many presentations make it quite obvious that the mission is to shape the narrative and literally change people's minds. Lest one believe it will be contained to overseas extremists, we should keep in mind that the word extremist is increasingly used domestically. The dissenters of yesterday could easily become the terrorist sympathizers and supporters of political violence tomorrow.

Begich has published articles in science, politics and education and is a well known lecturer. He co-authored with Jeane Manning the book "Angels Don't Play This HAARP; Advances in Tesla Technology." Begich has also authored "Earth Rising - The Revolution: Toward a Thousand Years of Peace" and "Earth Rising II- The Betrayal of Science, Society and the Soul" both with the late James Roderick. April 18, 2012–Lecturer and author Dr. Nick Begich discussed Project HAARP, and whether it's capable of affecting the climate or causing earthquakes, as well as updates on mind control and brain altering/enhancing technologies. "Mind effects are one of the most fertile grounds for military planners. It is one of the biggest areas of research in terms of trying to figure out, manipulate, mold, shape, and form the mind," he noted. While DARPA serves as the lead, almost every branch of the US military explores this kind of technology, he continued.
"Electronic telepathy is just a synthetic version of what is the natural radio of human beings, if you will...each of us is a transceiver and a transducer, we're picking up energy, we're transferring energy," and that's why telepathy, energy medicine, and higher human capacities are all associated with changes in energy states, Begich commented. But, a mental background of fear and anxiety will prevent people from experiencing higher states of consciousness, he pointed out.
HAARP is an array of antennas in Alaska, and by firing radio frequencies through them, a number of effects can be created such as altering the ionosphere. Begich reported that the secretive program is still active, contrary to rumors that it had closed down. It's possible HAARP technology could be used for manipulation of weather for control of a battlefield, creating what appears to be natural disasters, as well as earthquake generation using a small amount of energy to trigger a much larger reaction, he detailed. The earth-penetrating tomography function of HAARP uses a pulse rate that correlates to the rhythms of the human brain, which suggests that mind control/influence could be done over a large area through the atmosphere, he added.
