The unbelievable swings in temperatures will continue to increase as the climate engineers put ever more pressure on the biosphere's life support systems. In the last week some regions in the US went from 80 degrees, to the high teens with record snow, and back to the 90s. The climate forcing, coupled with the ever increasing contamination from these programs, are threats that we must face and bring to a halt. -geoengineeringwatch.org

Scientists think they can control weather with lasers

For many Americans who wished they could change the weather -- whether it be in the Northeast during this past winter or in drought-stricken California -- researchers may have found a way to aim a high-energy laser beam into clouds to make it rain or trigger lightning.
The existence of condensation, storms and lightning are all due to the presence of large amounts of static electricity in the clouds. Researchers from the University of Central Florida and the University of Arizona say that a laser beam could activate those large amounts of static electricity and create storms on demand.
By surrounding a beam with another beam that will act as an energy reservoir, the central beam will be sustained for greater distances than previously possible. The secondary beam will refuel and help to prevent the dissipation of the primary beam, which would break down quickly on its own.
Although lasers can already travel great distances, it behaves differently than usual, collapsing inward on itself when a laser beam becomes intense enough, according to Matthew Mills, a graduate student at the UFC Center for Research and Education in Optics and Lasers.
"The collapse becomes so intense that electrons in the air’s oxygen and nitrogen are ripped off creating plasma -- basically a soup of electrons," Mills explained in a statement.
Afterwards, the plasma tries to spread the beam back out -- causing an internal struggle between collapsing and spreading -- what’s known as "filamentation." This process in turn creates a light string that lasts only until the beam disperses.
"Because a filament creates excited electrons in its wake as it moves, it artificially seeds the conditions necessary for rain and lightning to occur," Mills explained.
Previous work done by other researchers have led to some type of "electrical event" in clouds -- raising an added risk of a lightning strike when seeding clouds with lasers, according to the researchers.
"What would be nice is to have a sneaky way which allows us to produce an arbitrary long ’filament extension cable.’ It turns out that if you wrap a large, low intensity, doughnut-like ’dress’ beam around the filament and slowly move it inward, you can provide this arbitrary extension," Mills said in a statement.
"Since we have control over the length of a filament with our method, one could seed the conditions needed for a rainstorm from afar. Ultimately, you could artificially control the rain and lightning over a large expanse with such ideas."

While so many listen to the woo woo cooing of a large part of the alternative media, we have come to the brink. The madness that has allowed the progression of the Fukushima meltdowns has at least made newsworthy enough the reporting of nuclear waste leaks at Hanover, Carlsbad, NM, and elsewhere. Events that might not have made it to the news were it not for gathering public interest. But, just as at Fukushima, the official releases have been focused on purely handling public perception and not truth.
We will connect the recent wave of earthquakes and the magnitude threat posed by shifting conditions in Yellowstone to such irresponsible practices as these. Together with the extensive extraction of oil and now fracking, subsurface detonations in the past, the madness of employing HAARP, and the decline of an atmosphere that once shielded us from full spectrum light, this planet has been brought to the very crossroads where one more wrong turn can easily lead to our extinction.

March 14, 2014–Dane Wigington has an extensive background in solar energy. He is a former employee of Bechtel Power Corp. and was a licensed contractor in California and Arizona. His personal residence was featured in a cover article on the world’s largest renewable energy magazine, Home Power. He owns a 1,600-acre “wildlife preserve” next to Lake Shasta in northern California.

Planet Earth is under an all out weather warfare assault. March 14, 2014–Dane Wigington has an extensive background in solar energy. He is a former employee of Bechtel Power Corp. and was a licensed contractor in California and Arizona. His personal residence was featured in a cover article on the world’s largest renewable energy magazine, Home Power. He owns a 1,600-acre “wildlife preserve” next to Lake Shasta in northern California.
Dane focused his efforts on the geo-engineering issue when he began to lose very significant amounts of solar uptake due to ever-increasing “solar obscuration” caused from aircraft spraying. He also noted significant decline in forest health and began testing and research into the geo-engineering issue about a decade ago. He is the lead researcher for geoengineeringwatch.org and has investigated all levels of geo engineering from chemtrails to HAARP.

Our investigation of geoengineering continues with a stunning segment featuring Dane Wigington, the founder and lead researcher at GeoEngineering Watch. A solar energy expert and a former Bechtel Power Corporation employee, Dane Wigington assisted Michael Murphy in the production of the award-winning 2010 documentary What in the World are They Spraying? His off-grid solar home in Mt. Shasta, California was featured in a cover article for Home Power, the world's largest renewable energy magazine.
Dane Wigington began researching meteorology and atmospheric change in the late 90s. He noticed that the persistent trails (or chemtrails) and grid patterns made by aircraft were blocking up to 80% of his home's solar charging capacity. His research led him to the subjects of stratospheric aerosol geoengineering and solar radiation management.
While it is touted as a methodology for making the climate cooler, in fact geoengineering is destroying ecosystems all over the world. When he began regularly lab-testing rain samples in 2002, Dane was shocked to find large and escalating quantities of the same heavy and near-heavy metals described in numerous geoengineering patents. He also noted that the ever-increasing quantity of these toxic metals had a significant impact on the environment, accelerating tree mortality and the decline of insect and amphibian populations.
